About Me

Hi!

Many years ago, my dear husband was bitten by a mosquito. By the time we arrived at the hospital, he was in a coma and had remained there for many weeks. Not knowing if he would live or die was taking its toll on me, and my emotions and feelings were causing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I was losing myself. Something had to change.

I started researching how to make that change. I took courses, read many books, and consulted with doctors. Some were helpful, others not. I spent years and a lot of energy and money working my way through all of the information to understand how I could help myself. Which I finally did.

As a primary caregiver for my husband, who was in and out of the hospital, I had a lot of dealings with the nursing staff and noticed that they were exhibiting the same symptoms of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm that I had felt many years before.

Now I have made it my mission to help nurses avoid burnout and eliminate stress, and overwhelming anxiety from their lives. So they can enjoy their nursing roles, serve others in the way they want, and still find balance and harmony in their own lives.

About Me

Hi!

I have over 30 year’s experience of delivering technology solutions and running technology businesses around the world. I understand how to make technology work, for the people who are going to use it and for the businesses that rely on it. I’ve worked internationally across geographies and cultures, building strong stakeholder relationships, and overcome the toughest obstacles.

But I was always challenged by the need to achieve more value and outcomes for less cost in a shorter time. I lived with these unrelenting pressures and came to appreciate how easy it can be for uncertainty and stress to blow you off course, professionally and personally. At times your path to success is unclear, and you feel stuck and unsure about how to move forward.

I managed to overcome my obstacles and achieve my goals with the support of people who had been there and experienced similar struggles. Together we would create a safe space where I could explore what was really going on, in confidence and with trust, establish a new clarity and develop practical plans for success. I felt understood and supported without being judged but also challenged and held accountable for my commitments. I realised the power of this approach and developed my own version that I used successfully with my teams, colleagues, and clients.

Now I want to use my method to help other technology executives overcome their uncertainty and the major challenges they face. Help them achieve clarity and resilience, renew their sense of purpose, and make them succeed.
